We handle returns on a case-by-case basis and our goal is to satisfy our customers. We stand behind our products and want customers to be satisfied with them. Processing Your Order
All orders are processed, and shipped within 2-4 business days. This does not include shipping and transit times. Orders begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on a non business day begin processing the following business day.
Please Note: These transit times are in addition to the processing and preparation time mentioned previously.

We will ship packages to the supplied shipping address. Typos or errors in the supplied address will cause the shipment to be undeliverable. If a package is deemed undeliverable, the carrier will either hold the package for the customer to retrieve, discard the package, or return the package to Modern Man Supply Co. at their sole discretion. Modern Man Supply Co. is not liable for packages on hold, discarded, or lost in transit. If a package is returned to us, you may request to have it shipped again to a corrected address. The standard shipping charge will apply to all requests for re-shipment.
International Shipping Outside USA
We ship our items to most countries. There may be some custom taxes and fees imposed by your country for imported items. Please contact your local government agency for details on these fees.
IF YOUR PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE, MODERN MAN SUPPLY CO. WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO REFUND YOUR PURCHASE IN FULL. YOUR REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED ONCE THE DEFECTIVE ITEM IS RECEIVED BY MODERN MAN SUPPLY CO. TO REQUEST A RETURN LABEL, PLEASE SEND A DETAILED MESSAGE TO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
IF THE ITEM THAT YOU ORDERED IS NOT DEFECTIVE, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES WILL BE MADE ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE AND AN EXCHANGE IS REQUIRED, MODERN MAN SUPPLY CO. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SHIPPING TO RETURN THE ORIGINAL ITEM AND AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING FEE WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE ADDITIONAL ITEM TO BE SHIPPED.
IF THE ITEM IS NOT DEFECTIVE AND A REFUND IS GRANTED, THE REFUND TOTAL WILL BE THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE MINUS TAXES AND A SHIPPING FEE WILL BE CHARGED (INCLUDING ORDERS THAT RECEIVED FREE SHIPPING).
EXCHANGES AND REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF THE DATE OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER.
